Spirit within
Take a seat in a comfortable position. Close your eyes. Relax your shoulders away from your ears. Set your gaze at third eye. And begin to breathe right into your heart center. Let your mind begin to pour out all the thoughts and what nots that are there. Release them. Let the spirit inside you come out. Be still, aware of your breathing, and feel the rise of energy move through the body. Set yourself free~
